Lindsey Bonjean

Executive Assistant + Office Administrator

Lindsey is a San Diego native, born and raised in the heart of Southern California. While she loved growing up here, she always felt it was important to go out of state for college and experience something new. She eventually left San Diego and began studying at the University of Oklahoma where she studied Business Entrepreneurship and became an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta.

Lindsey cherishes her years in college where she was mentored by her professors and developed lifelong friendships. After earning her degree, Lindsey relocated to Austin, Texas where she launched her career as an event coordinator and project manager. Her time in the landlocked states of Oklahoma and Texas deepened her appreciation for the ocean. Most of Lindsey's career has been spent in the nonprofit industry because she cares deeply about people who are in tough situations or affected by poverty and injustice. After many years of living elsewhere, Lindsey and her husband eventually moved back to San Diego and are excited to establish deep roots in a place that is special to both of them and near the ocean.

Lindsey is excited to branch out professionally into the landscape architecture industry. She has always had a passion to be creative whether expressed through painting, calligraphy, photography, or crafting DIY home décor. As a result, she loves working with creative minds and found McCullough to be a place filled with extremely talented and creative people. She’s excited to utilize her exceptional organization and administration skills to ensure the smooth operation of the McCullough office and provide support to an incredible team of designers.

A fun fact about Lindsey is that she is known for obtaining free tickets to concerts or sporting events. If there is a concert or event that she wants to attend, but it is sold out, she will still show up and somehow end up getting a free ticket. She likes to call it her “superpower.”
