Polina's journey began in Israel, where she pursued her passion for design, earning a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and a master's degree in industrial design from the esteemed Technion Institute of Technology, graduating Cum Laude. As a licensed landscape architect in Israel with over 15 years of experience, Polina has honed her expertise in all facets of design and construction supervision, spanning projects of varying scales, from intimate patios to expansive neighborhoods.

Her commitment to shaping urban environments extends beyond professional endeavors. Polina has shared her knowledge as a visiting faculty member at the studio of Urban Design within the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at Technion Institute of Technology Additionally, she has lent her expertise as a freelance landscape advisor to architectural projects, enriching the integration of outdoor spaces within built environments.

Polina's professional journey has been influenced by her observations of Israel's unique challenges—a small, densely populated country with limited land resources and rapid development. This perspective has fueled her dedication to creating vibrant public spaces that enhance the everyday lives of individuals. She specializes in designing open areas that prioritize shade, smart tree systems, water-saving plants, and effective drainage management, particularly in hot and arid climates.

With a diverse portfolio spanning public spaces, parks, waterfront developments, corporate campuses, and urban planning projects, Polina's passion lies in fostering positive change through better-designed environments. On a personal note, Polina's multicultural background—born in Russia and raised in Israel—adds depth to her perspectives. Fluent in three languages and with a passion for travel, she has explored over thirty countries, enriching her understanding of diverse cultures and landscapes. In her free time, Polina indulges in various interests, including photography, carpentry, ballroom dancing, and self-development courses. Her creative pursuits, such as painting with watercolors and writing poetry, reflect her curiosity and artistic sensibility. Currently based in California, Polina embraces the opportunity to continue her exploration of new horizons and contribute to her community through her expertise and creative endeavors.
